ELIGIBILITY: Open to all with paid 2013-’14 membership. Annual dues ($30/yr individual, $40 family) and can be paid at delivery time. New members welcomed. PAS reserves the right to select entries based on the quality, size, and cohesiveness of the show.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRIES: One entry of original (for sale) art per artist. Each piece should be no larger than 572 square inches (example: 16”x20” plus frame). All works must be framed and wired ready to hang - (no sawtooth hangers allowed). Limited space; entries may not be accepted once limit is reached. Gallery accommodates about 24 pieces.
SALES: The Princeton Arts Society will take a 25% commission on all sales. The balance of each sale will be sent to the artist by the PAS Treasurer.
LIABILITY: The Princeton Arts Society carries no insurance for damage or loss of artwork on exhibit. Artists exhibit at their own risk. Artists are responsible for paying any applicable taxes on sales made.
SIGNED AGREEMENT FORM: Exhibit agreement form must be read and signed. It will be provided at drop off.
